Description

The Karimbu thumb piano is a traditional African musical instrument. It is made from a gourd with metal prongs attached to the top. The player uses their thumb and index finger to pluck the prongs, creating a unique sound. The Karimbu is often used as a solo instrument, but can also be played in a group.
